You will find here the process applicable for the after-sales service of your BizLine products.

Go to the branch in the Rexel network closest to you with your product to be returned and your purchase receipt.
Discuss with your counter salesperson, and see together whether the product can be changed or not. We may ask you to leave us the product in order to get extra testing on your product.
Then leave it up to us! After analysis by our BizLine Quality team, the  Rexel team shall inform you of the solution proposed for your return.
For a reimbursement or replacement request, please call your branch of the Rexel group, or find the nearest address in the BRANCHES section. CAUTION: Return the purchase receipt to your dealer when you return products
